For your Hot Shot gymnasts, the American Gymnast Competitor Uneven Bar Dowel Grips are built for comfort, durability and performance and are designed to be the perfect choice for a girl’s first pair of dowel gymnastics grips.  Meticulously designed with a narrow palm piece, the gymnast gets just the right amount of contact between the bar and their hand, giving them confidence in a sure grip as well as adequate protection for their palms. Leather-wrapped dowels are stitched and glued, ensuring a stable and reliable “pocket” is formed in the palm of the grip.  Gymnasts have the option of using the innovative finger locking elastic band that helps keep the fingers from slipping out of the finger holes.  The band can be easily removed and/or replaced if necessary.
